Dr. Ojo is a seasoned management and nonprofit consultant with over twenty (20) years of experience helping mission-driven organizations achieve greater impact. Specializing in healthcare management consulting, strategic planning, organizational development, and program evaluation, Oluseun works with nonprofit leaders to strengthen advocacy and build sustainable growth strategies.
He began his career in the private sector before transitioning into nonprofit consulting, where he has supported a diverse portfolio of clients—from grassroots initiatives to national foundations. Known for his collaborative approach, deep sector knowledge, and ability to turn complex challenges into actionable solutions.
He began his social impact career at Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital (OAUTHC), Ile-Ife, as the President of the Drug Fee Club. Since then, Oluseun has been a frontrunner in African Youth Leadership Development and became a force to be reckoned with during his time.
Among his numerous fellowships are the Crans Montana Fellowship; award-winning Social Innovator Fellow by LEAP Africa (2015); Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants; Fellow, Royal College of Public Health (UK); Fellow, Academy of Healthcare Leadership & Management, Johns Hopkins University; and Member, American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), among many others.
He is a public speaker, international management consultant, and executive leadership coach. He was also recently conferred with honorary doctorates by two U.S. universities and has been nominated for two others.
He frequently speaks on nonprofit and healthcare leadership through his work. He is committed to advocating public-private partnerships as a pathway to developing international frameworks for cross-border economic prosperity in the Global South. His advocacy focuses on advancing equity and innovation for social good.
He joined Congressman Ivey to advocate for the restoration of USAID and foreign aid to African nations. His professional interests include global public health, disability advocacy, and philanthropy. He is an avid reader and sports enthusiast.
He currently lives in Prince George’s County, Maryland, where he continues to strengthen his healthcare initiatives, advocating for families and underserved communities through his nonprofit organization—Centerbility of Maryland, Inc., USA.
